A 2 hour workshop to reconnect with the stillness that lies deep within ourselves. To get there, we first need to re-embody ourselves fully, and journey inwards gradually.
We’ll flow through a mellow paced vinyasa movement class to release tension and become more comfortable throughout your body. Building mental and physical awareness as we progress, moving into slower, Yin style positions as we begin to turn our attention inwards as the workshop progresses.
After our asana practice, we’ll have a restorative and balancing Pranayama (Breathwork) session before we sink into a completely restoring and relaxing Yoga Nidra session to round off. Leading us to be absorbed in the complete stillness we’ll discover there.”
