Based on exploration and improvisation, these workshops offer a safe playground to those who wish to connect with their bodies and learn how to express themselves through their movement. The aim of the workshops is to help people relax and feel confident enough to use their bodies to communicate with others, and ultimately, perform. Tergar Edinburgh Meditation Group Fortnightly drop-in meditation sessions, based on the teachings of Mingyur Rinpoche. Although rooted in his lineage of Tibetan Buddhism, the group is non-religious and open to people of all faiths and none.
