A fun and engaging online meditation group for children, exploring key principles of mindfulness using games, activities and guided mindfulness practice. An opportunity for children to learn about the benefits of mindfulness, and develop practical tools to deepen their practice at home.
Aimed at children aged approximately 10 – 14, but all welcome.
Parents welcome too.
