A fun and engaging introduction to meditation for children. We will explore some key principles of mindfulness using games, activities and guided mindfulness practice. Children will learn about the benefits of mindfulness, and develop practical tools to deepen their practice at home. Aimed at children aged approximately but all welcome. Parents welcome too. Suggested donation: £5 per person.
