This is an 8-week course open to all beginners, those new to yoga and advanced practitioners.
The course will build over the 8-weeks. We will look at tools and techniques to help calm anxiety and build resilience including breathing, asana (yoga poses), restorative poses and meditation. There will also be journalling and opportunities to share your experiences with others on the course.

- From 28 Sept 30th Nov (No class 12th Oct & 9 Nov)

About the Instructor
Emily is a yoga teacher and trainee yoga therapist. She has been teaching since 2018 and practising since 2010. She has a background in philosophy and psychology and is currently working on a book on yoga for anxiety. She also teaches yoga for insomnia and sleep recovery courses based on the book Sleep Recovery by Lisa Sanfilippo.
