Classical Yoga and Meditation from the Tantric Tradition

You will learn yoga poses that bring flexibility and strength to the body together with ones that bring clarity and rest to your nervous system and mind. Breathing exercises follow, which manage your energy to create a harmonic balance between the active and resting halves of your physiology. Deep relaxation transforms the energy spent and gained, so you will be refreshed for the meditation at the end. The meditation will bring all the elements together and you will leave the class feeling rejuvenated.
Beginners are welcome and experienced practitioners will gain a great deal from these practices as well.
£60 for the whole course.
