Yoga and Meditation for beginners
The classes will contain yoga poses, breathing exercises, deep relaxation and meditation in a harmonious sequence.
The class as a whole will bring creativity, energy and clarity to your daily life.
Thursdays, 5pm – 7:15pm.
A 3 weeks course. 6/10,13/10 + 27/10 (no class on 20/10)
