Yoga and Meditation for Beginners
Friday 12th May 18:00 – 19:30, 5 weeks
£60 for whole course, £15 Drop-in
For all levels.
The class will go through a harmonious sequence of yoga poses, breathing exercises, deep relaxation, and meditation.
The practices will develop over the weeks as you learn new techniques and get in touch with your inner world more and more.
Flexibility is not fundamental as it can be trained. You will anyway come into a relaxed state.
Experienced practitioners will gain from these classes as well because the methods are very effective. You may also experience a relaxation deeper than you have before.
I encourage students not to compare themselves with each other as you will be working with your own body and doing the best you can with what you have.
