Treat yourself by joining me for a beautiful afternoon of Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra.
Yin yoga helps to soothe the nervous system and ground excess mental energy so that we can sleep better, longer, and deeper.
In this session you will learn postures you can practice at home to enhance sleep.
Yoga Nidra induces a deep & conscious relaxation, allowing the mind to flow effortlessly between dreaming & wakefulness. Also known as Yogic Sleep, this practice embodies a dance between the subconscious & conscious mind.
These 2 practices combined are pure bliss leaving you feeling restored and relaxed.
A mat, bolster (although you may prefer to bring your own bolster if you have one) and blocks will be provided. A small pillow, your favorite blanket and perhaps an eye pillow are suggested to bring from home as these will provide a deeper relaxation for this practice.
Students of all backgrounds & physical abilities are welcome, no prior yoga or meditation experience is necessary.
