Become a master on wild fermentation ( Sauerkraut making )

Join me at the Salisbury centre for a hands-on introduction to the exciting world of wild fermentation.

This workshop is for you if you want to learn how to ferment safely and confidently from home. During the workshop you will make your own personalised Sauerkraut and learn everything you need to create your own ferments without the need to follow a recipe and in a safe and successful way.

All materials will be provided in the workshop.

No fermentation experience is required.

This workshop is suitable for all levels

This course is for you if you want to:

-Lose the fear of fermenting food.

-Gain all the necessary knowledge you need to know to start fermenting vegetables successfully and safely with scientific justification.

-Learn about tips and tricks that I have learnt over the years and by attending workshops of great legends of the fermentation world such as Sandor Katz or Rachel De Thample.

-Learn about the importance of fermentation for health .

What you take home:

-Your own organic Sauerkraut in a high quality airtight jar.

You can make your own Sauerkraut and customise it to your liking, with your favourite spices, vegetables and condiments. All organic and with quality ingredients.

-A unique online book with all the information given during the course and much more so you can continue fermenting safely from home.

-Access to a support group for one month so you can ask any questions you may have.

-pH metres and stickers for your ferments.
