A step by step guide to learning an energy meditation that works with a special, calming breath (Ujjayi pranayama); trains awareness of the subtle energy channels and the chakras; and gives energy and creativity to use in your daily life.
Beginners are welcome and experienced meditators will gain a great deal from these practices as well.
Cost: £60 for the whole course of 5 classes.
No drop-in unfortunately as the whole course must be attended to learn the meditation.
