The Source of Energy Meditation

For all levels.
I will teach all the steps of the meditation which includes a special breath called the psychic breath or Ujjayi pranayama, and chakra concentration.
There will be practices to help sit comfortably in a meditation pose and to use the breath fully. Yoga nidra will be practiced regularly on the course which will get longer and deeper towards the end as we reach the deeper steps of the meditation.
There will be no drop-in for this course so as to learn all the steps.
This course will give you tools to face and bring relief to pain and stress. They are very effective. They will also bring you closer to your inner conscious being.
I encourage students not to compare themselves with each other as you will be working with your own body and doing the best you can with what you have.
