Info
In this beginner-friendly workshop, you will learn how to forage wild leek and other spring plants (depending on what’s growing!). By the end, you will be able to identify different species, determine if it is OK to pick them from a certain area, and know how to pick them in a nature-friendly way.
After harvesting our own plants, we will go inside and learn some easy recipes to use them in. All recipes will be vegan and there will be gluten-free options.
Finally, you’ll get a chance to eat the wonderful food you’ve just foraged! We will sit down and eat a big meal together.
This is a family-friendly event. Under 5s are free to attend and older children admission is £3.
A limited number of subsidized tickets are available for a donation. Please only order these tickets if you need them.
