Shiatsu Workshop for Self Care & Deeper Sleep

No previous experience required for this practical workshop. An opportunity to practice giving & receiving a basic sequence.
We will create an environment of awareness & attention to help the nervous system switch into a resting state, letting go of stress. Exploring how we can use touch to slow down, settle & sleep more deeply.
This practice requires a high level of safety. Adjustments will be made to enable this, there will be space in the workshop for women who want to practice with women.
