Mark the shifting balance between day and night, as we celebrate this year’s abundance and prepare for the winter season to come!
There’ll be Autumn activities inside and outside in the beautiful garden, a bring and share dinner and storytelling around the fire.
The harvest potluck will start at 6pm. Keep an eye on this page for updates on the rest of the programme!
This is a family-friendly community event where any donation is welcome.
After the celebrations, from 8-9:30pm, community choir leader Caro Overy will be hosting an Equinox singing workshop. More info here.
Please bring a vegetarian dish (savoury or sweet) to share and a wee note indicating whether the dish contains dairy, gluten, nuts or other allergens.
Offerings / volunteering
We’d love your help to make the event magical! Would you like to run an activity, play some music or tell a story? Volunteer to help on the day with setting up, greeting people, or clearing up? Please e-mail Olga with your ideas: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Activities will take place in different rooms in the Salisbury Centre and outside in the garden, weather allowing. Most spaces are on the ground floor and wheelchair accessible, and the garden can be accessed in a wheelchair too. The Salisbury Centre however doesn’t currently have disabled toilets (that’s in the pipeline for later this Autumn!).
Thank you for letting us know you’re coming via Eventbrite!
