Postponded Reflective sessions using “Philosophy for Communities” P4C

2 Sessions:  3rd & 10th March 2023 (More session will be arranged after then)
P4C is a methodology that enables exploration of ideas and ‘big’ questions that arise in life. It involves the participants (the community) sharing a stimulus and formulating their own questions and finally voting for one question to explore. The facilitator will support the participants to explore the question by drawing on each other’s perspectives and experiences. This is a reflective process which does not require any knowledge or familiarity with the ideas of great philosophers!
The aim, over time, is to develop a Community of Enquiry that grows in understanding and awareness of the wider world through shared rich dialogue.

Sessions will be on Friday:

Session 1:

Introduction to P4C
3rd March 2023 Friday
2.45- till 4.45pm
Art room – Salisbury Centre

 

Session 2:

Experience an Enquiry
10th March 2023-Friday
2.45 till 4.45 pm
Art room – Salisbury Centre

For the session to work effectively it will require a minimum of 6 to 8 participants. There is a maximum number of 12 participants (so early booking is recommended)

Suggested donation:
£0- £15

Nobody will be turned away for lack of funding. Any money rad will got to support The Salisbury Centre and the Community facilitator
