All sessions will be facilitated by a trained therapist with knowledge and experience of issues facing people from BME communities.
When: 12-1pm, starting Friday 24 Sept (for 10 weeks)
Where: on Zoom (you will be sent a link when you book)
How to book: email training@health-on-mind.org.uk to register for the group. Once registered, you will receive a booking link each week to book your space in the group for that week.
