This offering is part of the Salisbury Centre’s and BlackED movement’s project ‘Black Lives Matter – 1 Year On’, supported by the University of Edinburgh’s Local Community Grants Scheme.
Thanks to Health in Mind, we are holding a Peer Support Wellbeing Group for young BME (Black and Minority Ethnic) people age 18-30.
This is a peer-led wellbeing support group to share and reflect on your own mental health, and experiences that have affected your wellbeing.
All sessions will be facilitated by a trained therapist with knowledge and experience of issues facing people from BME communities.
When: 12-1pm, starting Friday 24 Sept (for 10 weeks)
Where: on Zoom (you will be sent a link when you book)
How to book: email email@example.com to register for the group. Once registered, you will receive a booking link each week to book your space in the group for that week.
Note: spaces for the weekly groups are limited, and booked on a first-come, first-served basis.
