Thanks to Health in Mind, we are holding a Peer Support Wellbeing Group for young BME (Black and Minority Ethnic) people age 18-30.

This is a peer-led wellbeing support group to share and reflect on your own mental health, and experiences that have affected your wellbeing.

All sessions will be facilitated by a trained therapist with knowledge and experience of issues facing people from BME communities.

  • Share your own experiences and hear from others
  • Help choose topics and issues discussed each week
  • Speak to others with similar experiences
  • Gain tools and tips from others to support your wellbeing
  • Learn about other mental health and wellbeing supports available to you

When: 12-1pm, starting Friday 24 Sept (for 10 weeks)

Where: on Zoom (you will be sent a link when you book)

How to book: email training@health-on-mind.org.uk to register for the group. Once registered, you will receive a booking link each week to book your space in the group for that week.

Note: spaces for the weekly groups are limited, and booked on a first-come, first-served basis.
