Why not take this Sunday evening to replenish and restore with a sound meditation?
A sound journey is an auditory experience that helps you to wind down and reach deep states of relaxation – a kind of a brain massage really.
All you need to do is to lie down, relax and let yourself get carried away by the sound 🙂
The live stream will be posted on the event page in the Discussion section. The stream will open 5/10 mins ahead of time. Please arrive early to test your audio and get yourself settled.
It’s a free event but I will kindly ask you to donate to the Salisbury centre: https://www.salisburycentre.org/donate/
How to prepare:
– To get the best experience please use earphones or the best speakers you have available – immersive sound is everything here!
– Get yourself to a quiet space where you can lie down comfortably and undisturbed – either on a bed or on the floor. You can light a candle or an incense to make your space extra relaxing.
– Wear comfortable clothing and have a blanket ready. You might want to have an extra pillow or bolster under your knees to help your back relax.
This session will incorporate a mixture of gong, voice, singing bowls and other soothing instruments to take you on a deeply relaxing journey.
Sit back and let the sound do its work – and don’t forget to hit that donate button ♥
The suggested donation is £5 and all proceedings from the event go to Salisbury centre: https://www.salisburycentre.org/donate/
