Yoga with Caroline
Nurturing your breath, I’ll guide you to find a sense of calm and stillness in your mind & your body. Yoga encourages us to listen to our bodies and move into asana to suit our own individual forms. By not forcing our bodies into predefined shapes we are able to focus on creating support for ourselves in our yoga practice. My classes are designed to be inclusive and accessible to all, incorporating pranayama (breathing exercises), asana (postures) and relaxation.
