A morning Vinyasa Flow focused on setting you up for the day ahead. The goal will be to allow those attending to move freely in their bodies and counteract some of the side effects of our day to day lives. The practice is suitable for all levels of experience, no knowledge or yoga is required.

As this community event is part of the Salisbury Centre Community Empowerment Programme, nobody will be turned away for lack of funds if the suggested donation is beyond the means of what you can afford .
About the teacher : Victoria Bain
To me, yoga began as an exercise to stretch and strengthen my body through what I believed to be beautiful postures. After many years of practice I have expanded my understanding of yoga and learned about the wealth of knowledge that can be obtained simply by moving consciously within our bodies. I hope that in my classes I will be able to pass on the gift that many teachers have given me in the past, simply the opportunity to move mindfully with ease and dive into the beautiful world of yoga.
