Wake Up Edinburgh – Mindfulness for Young Adults
Join us for an evening of meditation and mindfulness. We are a group of young adults (20-35ish) inspired by the teachings of Zen master Tich Nhat Hanh.
Our meetings are informal and open to everyone. We will have time for some guided meditation, reading a text from Thich Nhat Hanh, silent meditation, and mindful sharing/listening.
We will end the evening with a cup of tea as an opportunity to connect!
