Experience, knowledge, and the process of growth are all interconnected in an integrative approach to unfold our movement and for development to exist.
Somatic Movement offers an experiential investigation of body systems and developmental movements. Responsive-dance opens a creative process in which we can discover our own capability for movement and resilience in connection to ourselves, other humans, and the environment.
Participation is open to everyone, and attendance is by donation.
