Magic by the moon – A Self-care Ceremony with Moonology, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) & Sound Healing

A series of self-care ceremonies working with the supportive energies of the lunar cycle. Drawing on the energies of both the moon phase and astrology throughout the year, each workshop will be based on a specific theme guided by the sun, moon and stars.

JANUARY As we release the past of 2021 and welcome 2022 the first full moon of the year is in the astrological sign of Cancer. This will provide a wonderful opportunity to release and let go of anything holding you back from the past and energise you to create the 2022 you deserve. You will both release and receive as we work with the Cancerian themes of home, family, relationships, and intuition.

The evening will include:

An opening fire ceremony including a releasing and forgiveness ritual, observing the lunar cycle and astrological alignments.
A chance to shift negative emotional and mental blocks around home and family through group tapping (Emotional Freedom Technique)
Learning to trust our inner voice and intuition through a guided meditation, using the ancient art of tarot
A deep, restorative and healing Sound Bath and Meditation to help settle the nervous system, nurture and ground anything that has arisen during the workshop

Join us for our first Magic by the Moon event and start 2022 with clear intentions, inner resilience, and the confidence to create your best year yet. Bring warm clothes (wear layers), a bottle of water and something to cover your eyes during the sound bath. Yoga mats and blankets will be provided but we’d recommend bringing an extra light blanket to feel cosy.

Meet in the studio then Weather permitting, we will begin our evening by the fire pit so please wear suitable shoes. Although we will be seated by the fire, you may still get chilly so please dress appropriately. We will then move back into the studio where we will continue our release work working with energy therapies, archetypes, and a guided visualisation. The evening will culminate with a meditation and sound bath to help integrate anything we have let go of and receive healing.
