Event in in collaboration with the 45th Anniversary of the founding of Wellspring
In this 1 day experiential workshop participants will have the opportunity to explore the question: where do you come from, where are you going?
Drawing on Gary’s Creative Therapy practice, this workshop will explore our unique path through life, by building a creative journey map on the floor, using coloured cloth, symbolic objects, photos, artwork and postcard images.
Participants will be invited to walk their journey and share key moments on the journey through words, voice, movement, or embodied exploration.
You are welcome to bring personal items or photos of significance to include in your journey map.
(NOTE:This event is part of the 50th anniversary programme of The Salisbury Centre but it will take place in another venue, the Wellspring Centre – NOT @ The Salisbury Centre)
About Gary, the facilitator
Gary is a Gestalt and Psychodrama Psychotherapist, Supervisor and experienced group facilitator with over 30 year’s involvement in personal development work with both individuals and groups.
He has been a member of the therapist team at Wellspring for 15 years.
Gary has a relaxed and supportive style of facilitation, is committed to his own creative and personal development, has practiced meditation for many years, and is a founder member of Playback Edinburgh Theatre Company.
