Journey Into Silence

Come join us and learn the unique technique to find a sense of Inner Peace and Silence through Sahaja Yoga Meditation Techniques. Through guided meditation and the use of music we will guide you gently through the process of finding a sense of inner balance. There will be time for one to one workshops, question and answer sessions and relaxed conversations over tea and biscuits!

Please note – Please wear anything you are comfortable in, you might want to sit on the floor, but chairs are also provided, no need for exercise mats as the meditation is a gentle process.
