Heartfulness meditation is a heart – centred approach to living where you learn to live each moment by the heart, which becomes enlightened and refined through spiritual practice. Heartfulness meditation is supported by pranahuti or yogic transmission which elevates our approach in a lively, dynamic and joyful way. The practice evolved out of the ancient tradition of Raja Yoga which goes back 150 years. We meet every Sunday morning at 10am and welcome any newcomer to come and join us at any time.
We are a non – profit organisation with centres throughout the world and Heartfulness is offered freely to anyone
interested, over the age of 18 years.
Donations to support our work are welcome and to cover room costs.
