Music and meditation can help us to connect with our inner emotions in a unique manner- providing one with the opportunity to have a positive shift in awareness.
Samatha and Vipassana are two types of meditation from Buddhism, the first one is focused on pure serenity while Vipassana allows emotions to rise freely.
In this workshop you will be lead through those two types of meditation using the sounds of the guitar. Each meditation journey will last around 15 minutes. At the end there will be the opportunity to share your experience with the community.
