If you would like to be more deeply in touch with grief (as pain/rage/sorrow) that you carry in relation to your life or to what’s happening in the world, and long for a space in which to express your grief in the companionship of others, please join us.
We hold the circles with care, building first connection and safety to support grief in all its many forms to flow, and then creating ceremonial space for speaking and witnessing the grief we individually and collectively hold.
We are inspired by the work of Francis Weller, Joanna Macy and others, and combine it with our nonviolent communication practice. If it will be your first grief circle with us, please contact us at least 48 hours before the circle so that we can share information about our practise beforehand.
