A sound journey is an auditory experience that helps you to wind down and reach deep states of relaxation – a kind of brain massage
The live stream will be posted on the main Sattva Wellbeing page and there will be a link up in the “discussion” section as well. Please arrive early to test your audio and get yourself settled.
How to prepare:
– To get the best experience please use headphones or the best speakers you have available – immersive sound is everything here!
– Get yourself to a quiet space where you can lie down comfortably and undisturbed – either on a bed or on the floor. You can light a candle or an incense to make your space extra relaxing.
– Wear comfortable clothing and have a blanket ready. You might want to have an extra pillow or bolster under your knees to help your back relax.
This session will incorporate a mixture of gong, voice, singing bowls and other soothing instruments to take you on a deeply relaxing journey.
