Feldenkrais Awareness though Movement Workshop – Neck & Shoulder Ease

The workshop will help free you from pain, stiffness and tension, and leave you with a sense of well-being, relaxation and vitality. You will also begin to fathom more of the connections between parts of your body, and begin to sit and move differently enough in your daily life, to reduce tightness or fatigue in this vulnerable area. The afternoon will be spent doing gentle Feldenkrais exercises which will be highly beneficial in themselves, but you will also have some tools to continue the practice we start on the workshop. There is the option of continuing the Feldenkrais Method with local teachers, or via Zoom with Barbara who has three on-line classes a week. The class will be suitable for beginners, or those who already know and love the benefits offered by Feldenkrais. Come home to your body where ever you are!
