Qigong is an ancient Chinese health care system suitable for all ages and levels of experience.
It integrates gentle physical exercises, breathing techniques and meditation to create an awareness of our bodies and minds leading to a greater sense of calm, health and well being.
Join Chris for this morning session where you will learn some of the theory and spend time practicing Dr Pang Mings Zhineng Qigong.
Chris has been practicing various forms of Qigong for over 25 years and has completed the Zhineng teacher-training.
