“Dreams and Visions”
How do we land a vision? How do we tackle setbacks?
Looking to the future, while consciously harvesting past insights ~
10 week inner enquiry + dreamwork course with Gelda MacGregor
At the turn of the year, we naturally look back and review, at a time of unprecedented change due to the pandemic-and also spring forward to the New!
From the imaginal unseen world, we can draw inspiration and higher energies to birth and bring to earth, new projects and ideas…midwifing a new consciousness for ourselves and others…At the same time, past influences in the form of old patterns and deeply ingrained childhood attitudes may prevent these easily succeeding. There are often energies buried in the individual or personal unconscious, our shadow selves, which may sabotage those projects. Dreams can equally provide numinous inspiration, as can noticing relevant outer events and synchronicities linked to our projects. This course will offer participants a safe holding space, to explore these 2 pathways, through exploring and practising a number of transformative dreamwork methods including dream dialogue, symbol immersion, resistance and the “regressive pull”, nightmares, artwork and journalling, to encourage what enters your imagination to find a new “home” in the outer material world. ”We dream to wake to life”
Commitment to honouring your own process is essential to benefit from this.
