Deep relaxation session. 1.5 hours of complete bliss- an evening of pranayama (breath work) restorative and yin inspired yoga practice, we will hold the postures for longer allowing both body and mind to let go even further. We will finish with a dreamy guided meditation. Time to unwind and let go……..
