Create More Space for Joy – Decluttering workshop

Talk:   29th September (Fri) 19:15 – 21:00

Weekly session (8 week series) from  Tuesdays 17:00 – 18:30 (starting from 10th October)

Location : Salisbury Centre – Art Room (Fully accessible)

Come to hear from an expert facilitator how to transform home and work environments into sanctuaries that nourish and charge you up, rather than cluttered spaces that deplete you.

As much as you may focus on the heart and mind, the space that surrounds you also influences your sense of wellbeing. Our inner and outer worlds often mirror each other, and too much clutter in one can block healing, progress and growth in the other.

Join this dynamic workshop to learn how infusing the decluttering process with gratitude, self-compassion and care can transform your exhaustion into energy and your wounds into wisdom…

are you ready to create more space for joy?

About donations and 3 tiers ticketing system

Participation in our community-led events is on a voluntary ‘by donation’ basis. This means that nobody is expected to make a payment if they cannot afford to do so. However any donations received will be shared between the Centre and the facilitator, helping to make the events’ programme sustainable as well as to provide some reciprocity towards community facilitators’ time and skills offered.

Where a “suggested donation” is listed, this is just an indication of what the event might cost if it was ticketed – it is fine to donate less (or nothing at all). Donating is one way to show your appreciation for the value of the Salisbury Centre. Please consider ‘paying it forward’ by donating a bit extra helping to keep it possible for everyone to take part, whatever their circumstances.

If you sign up for a course that carries on over several weeks or months, whatever you’re contribution, please show your commitment by attending or letting the facilitator know when you’re not able to attend. Facilitators may decide to cancel a meeting if in their view there’s insufficient participation to make it worthwhile. Participants will be notified.

Testimonials:

Rebecca is an inspiration and motivator by the way she conducted her course. I learnt so much from her wisdom and joy for living. She’s my catalyst to start cleaning and clearing the stuff I’ve collected over the years. Besides having a tidier home, I find decluttering stuff that doesn’t spark joy for me anymore is also soul cleansing! Thank you, Rebecca, for this life-changing experience!” – E.C.
I have learnt from Rebecca about “letting go with gratitude but keep with confidence” in my decluttering journey. Forming habits in consciously and automatically assessing my needs instead of wants, is now a routine. My living space and emotional health have greatly improved since I put into practice lessons learnt from the classes by Rebecca.
Rebecca is a marvelous and effective teacher who is able to share the techniques and knowledge on how to joy sparkle one’s life.” – K.C.
