Community Mindful Yoga at the beautiful Salisbury Centre. Drop in welcome.

These classes are:
Classes suitable for all abilities (however, the room is up a flight of stairs). Mats available at the centre. Please wear comfortable clothes.
Each class will involve Mindfulness practice meditation, breath work and movment. You are invitied to participate in whatever way works for your mind and body.
Classes are donation based with money going to support the work of the Salisbury Centre, and the facilitator.
