Classes are suitable for all abilities (however the room is up a flight of stairs).
Mats available at the centre.
Please wear comfortable clothes.
Each class will involce Mindfulness, meditation, breath work and movement. You are invited to participate in whatever way works for your mind, body and spirit.
All Community Classes are donate what you can. Donations got to support the work of the centre and the facilitator. No-one is turned away for lack of funds.
