In this event you will be guided into a state of deep relaxation. Relaxation helps physcially, mentally, and emotionally.
Relaxation helps you to heal by aiding to reduce muscle tension, chronic pain, lower stress levels and blood pressure.
Relaxation reduces the activity of the stress hormones and increases the blood flow to major muscles.

Donations can be accepted by those who are unable to attend due to the financial strain. Please when emailing say what is within your capacity.
Wednesday 2nd of March and Saturday 5th of March – 11:00-12:00
You will need to bring a yoga mat or any other mat and a cushion or small pillow as for the session you will be lying on the floor . You can bring a wee blanket if wished . Comfortable clothes please .
The centre has mats, pillows and blankets available too . There are stairs to gain access in to the therapy room.
