During this workshop we will work with experiential anatomy and body-mind awareness. Utilising movement, touch, voice and mind we sense and perceive our embodied self. ” The fluids are the transportation system of the body. They underlie presence and transformation, set the ground for basic communication, and mediate the dynamics of flow between rest and activity, tension and relaxation. Fascia provides the tensegrity matrix of the whole body. It wraps around all other structures as one continuous spiraling, multilayered, and multidimensional network of expansive sheath.” **
**Body-Mind Centering (BMCSM) is an integrated and embodied approach to movement, the body and consciousness. Developed by Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen, it is an experiential study based on the embodiment and application of anatomical, physiological, psychophysical and developmental principles: bodymindcentering.com Whether it will be possible, part of the session will be held in the garden. Please wear comfortable clothes and layers to adjust to different spaces.
