Information about the session:

Synchronising elements of classical yoga with modern movement practices, this physically demanding practice is ideal for movers of all types.

There is a focus on the transitions from posture to posture, as well as the holding of postures. The slow and controlled movements are designed to improve mobility, agility, flexibility and strength.

There is also a portion of the class dedicated to Meditation and Breathwork which will allow us to go deeper into our yoga practice.
