A day of reunion & celebration at the Salisbury Centre!
****Family Friendly – Bring your kids!***
Come and join us to share food and stories. and spend some time in the Salisbury Centre building and garden amongst a variety of people who have been involved with the Centre over the past 50 years.
This day aims to offer an opportunity to come together to celebrate 50 years of this special building and community.
Space will be available for spontaneous offerings/stories/workshops by attendees.

Loose schedule and offerings for the day
In the spirit of retaining a sense of balance between structure and flow on the day, the afternoon will assume a relaxed format by enabling enough spaciousness for what wants to emerge, so bring along any ideas, activities or discussion topics you would like to offer. There will be a chalk board on the day to jot down activities and offerings.
A light lunch will be provided, cooked by some Salisbury Centre volunteers and key members, yet please feel free to bring any additional side dishes to add to the table (e.g. cheese & bread, salads, snacks, soft drinks).

Likely Schedule for the Afternoon
Throughout the afternoon, weather permitting, there will be a bonfire lit to gather around and for sharing any stories, songs or memories.

10:00 – 11:15 – Breathwork Ceremony to Clear the Old (With Anne-Marie Birch) – (Studio **) – BOOKING REQUIRED (Click here)
16:30 – 18:00 – Fireside Creativity Celebration
The afternoon will close with an opportunity to celebrate any form of creativity emerging from the community and rekindle new and old connections. Expect games to meet each other, facilitated group singing & storytelling. Bring along some tales to take us down Memory Lane, share songs, poems or showcase any creative output that was birthed at the Salisbury Centre over the years.
**** There are no current plans for the Saturday evening, yet there might be opportunity to enable/create some space for anything exciting wishin to emerge (Talk to the responsible staff members on the day) ****

To celebrate the occasion we have been running a 6 month 50th anniversary themed programme of events which will culminate in this celebration week in June (19th – 25th).

The programme has draws from the incredible richness of all people who have contributed, over 5 decades, to the evolution and resilience of this special Centre.
