Vinyasa Yoga to Ease Into Your Evening incorporates asanas (physical postures), amongst other Yogic practices, as a means of drawing ourselves closer to a state of Yoga (the slowing down of our monkey minds!)
Within each class, I will guide you through the use of props, modifications, and variations to ensure the class remains accessible to all, whilst providing a supportive space in which you can choose to challenge yourself and your practice.
Alongside asanas (physical postures), classes will draw from and integrate intentionality, pranayama (breath work practices), meditation (dhyana), mudras (gestures), bandhas (energetic locks), shatkriyas (cleansing techniques), sanksrit chants, and Yogic philosophy.
Through my guidance, I work to enable you to cultivate a sense of ease within your body, mind, and breath, by providing a holistic approach to Yoga which incorporates, but importantly extends beyond, the asana (physical posture).
I invite you to carve out a little space to nurture yourself, and to leave feeling vibrant.
