This workshop will work with the emotions and blocks we have to discovering true intimacy. Tantric exercises promoting awareness of ourselves and our opening/closing states will be practised as well as techniques to open the body, allow integration of emotional energy and reclaiming of our instincts towards life. The work will be cognized through group sharing, and brief talks covering key elements.
Please bring comfy clothing (and a spare t-shirt) plus food to share at lunch time.
Note: participants should be aware that this workshop is designed to take them through a relatively deep process and they should create the necessary space in their life around it for integration. All activity will be in absolute feedback, and each participant will be asked to take responsibility for themselves and their boundaries. There is no nudity within this workshop but sensuality and sexuality will be explored.
Jivan has over 11 years experience running Meditations groups and workshops, he has also trained at the Humaniversity in Holland to help people realise their full emotional expression.
Claire Lewis has been teaching Biodanza for over 8 years and is the director of the Biodanza School in Scotland.
