Rooted in ancient Indian philosophy, yoga uses various poses (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation to achieve improved circulation, muscle tone, physical, mental and emotional balance and, spiritual/psychological well-being.
One of the most popular forms of yoga practised today, Sivananda yoga gives a perfect balance between Pranayma, Asanas, and Relaxation.
I have been teaching yoga intensely in India and Kenya since 2007. I have varied skills from teaching to healing, all based on a desire to help others find their balance through Yoga, Ayurvedic massage, Reiki and Vastu (environmental Metaphysics).
