Omkar Suprabhatam and Meditation

to awaken the divine within our-selves)
Afterwards we do the meditation of the heart.

Sharam is a healer and teacher and runs the Angels of Light Centre
in Portobello. Her name Sharam means: who brings the Angel worlds ont the Earth. Her main task is to bring people in contact with their Guardian and other guiding Angels.
