In this beautiful form of yoga, breath and movement are linked to create a smooth flow of asanas (postures).
Set to music, Vinyasa Flow Yoga is essentially a moving meditation which calms the mind even as it provides an energizing workout for the body.
This non-competitive class is suitable for complete beginners, as well as for those who have previously practised a different form of yoga.
