Dynamic Yoga, for a flexible strong spine.
This class will contain challenging but accessible poses that will make you strong & flexible at the same time. We will practice twists, forward & back bends to bring strength & length to the spine. The class will draw on my knowledge as a Rolfer, drawing attention to the way you use your feet to support your posture from the ground & your vision to aid balancing.
My practice is an experiment, to see what I can gain by listening to my body’s wisdom. I hope to help you find the wisdom of your body too.
